2. Meeting (to hear about on-site issues)

Our collaborative robot specialist will come and interview you about the situation on-site. Please let us know about any issues you have with your production line.

3. Concept proposal

We will make proposals to solve your current issues. We will also propose traffic flow designs for productivity efficiency, as well as the necessary mounting systems and parts. The Erase Group can also provide optimal proposals for electrical systems and machinery, all in one place.

4. Estimate/Contract

We will provide you with a formal estimate, and if you are satisfied with it, we will enter into a contract. It is also possible to gradually expand the service while paying an initial fee.

5. Parts design/production

We design and manufacture hands, stands, etc. as needed. The strength of the Erase Group is that we can provide one-stop service from metal processing to machine design and electrical work.

6. Assembly

We assemble collaborative robots. The testing phase is carried out within the Erase Group company, so we can accommodate customers who are far away from our locations.

7. Trial run/attendance

We will have you present at our group's work site to check the operation. We will check the expected risks and behavior during the test run, adjust the hand, and modify the program.

8. On-site setup

We will set up the collaborative robot at a location specified by your company. We can also install the stand and install the electrical system. We will then conduct a trial run and have you be present on-site to check its operation.

9. After-sales service

Please leave the maintenance and upkeep of your collaborative robots to the Erase Group.
